Help me to choose the company between (Accenture, Chubb & Koerber Pharma).

Hi Friends need your help in choosing the company which provides little bit stability along and should help my career. I'm having 5 years of IT experiance. Pay offered by companies

Accenture : 20 fixed with 5.5 VA Koerber : 23 fixed with 1.5 VA Chubb : 26 fixed with 2 VA.

I need genuine suggestions as i want to stay in the company for 2-3 years.
