Help me to Choose right One

I have got offers for the Data Engineer role from Epam and Swiss Re (same package). As per my analysis,

Epam Pros: good tech company, high learning & growth (if i work hard), good data engineering projects, WLB based on clients, Cons: assessment based promotion, many short term projects (bench time high), need to give many interviews for client selection.

Swiss re Pros: good product company, stable learning & growth, good WLB & Job security, quickly start my work in the project

Cons: not high learning and career growth but stable, next switches may be in the same domain (product company only)

Please suggest a good company for one who have 4+ years of experience in IT and want to grow technically and good WLB & job security.

Chatgpt suggests: grow rapidly technically -> choose Epam good WLB & stable growth -> choose Swiss re
