Help me to choose offer!

I got offer from YC backed startup and also getting decent raise but it has very bad(worst I’ll sayd) reviews on glassdoor. I also talked to couple of their past employe they were also suggesting me to avoid but HR is saying that reviews are from past we have changed that.

Run away man, HR will it say that yeah those reviews are true obv, they will spin it off and in the end you will be the one suffering. Mental peace should come first don’t chase around the name only.
