- SITA (24.4 LPA CTC with 2.9L variable pay) - Hybrid (Gurgaon)
- VVDN (22 LPA fixed) - 5 days WFO (Noida)
- TCS (26 LPA CTC with 2.8L variable pay and 80K retention bonus) - 5 days WFO (Noida)
- Genpact (32 LPA CTC with 10% variable pay and 1L joining bonus - Hybrid ( Either Gurgaon or Noida depends on client)
- Coforge (same as Genpact but no JB) - Don’t have info (Noida)
- Altimetrik (31 LPA fixed) - Fully Remote

I possess following skill set:
Primary Skills: Selenium WebDriver, Python, Java, Pytest, TestNG, BDD-Cucumber, Manual Testing, API, Requests, Rest Assured, Jira, Agile, GIT & MS Excel.
Basic Skills: Playwright, TypeScript, MS SQL Server, DBWeaver, Confluence, CI/CD (Jenkins), Linux, Kibana & Datadog.

For preparation I gone through the concepts theoretically and few practical wherever needed. And didn’t prepared anything special. I just started giving interviews and it automatically prepared me cuz I used to note down the questions asked in the interviews.

Are those market standards for QA profile, it seems to me very good offers considering your yoe

Sir, I’ve diversified skill sets so I could be fit in any team, any project. 90% of these skills are self learnt. Confidence, winning attitude and god grace were key points of cracking such good offers. Bdw, following are my tech stacks:
