Help me to choose b/w CTS and TCS
Hi, my yoe is 2 years and 7 months currently working in cognizant ctc 4.65 got an offer in TCS they have provided 9 lpa yesterday my designation got changed to associate which will make my ctc to 6.7 lpa I have asked for some compensation adjustments they said no only promotion can be given at this time(I have met all criteria and they have pushed my promotion) and my LWD is 11th July. I have less than a week to decide. I am working in a niche skill which many not know where I get get data from OT(industry) and transform that data into IT(Responsive Screens). Few companies did approach me on seeing my np but when I say I currently hold an offer of 9lpa they are backing off stating it's already 90% hike.
Note : though my designation changed they have not released my updated compensation letter for 6.7 lpa

Bro don't believe anything in these companies if not written, sometimes they deny writing also, I mean if u got better opportunities then moveout don't wait to become associate or anything it's better keep changing to grow your skill n pay both
Ok bro I will move out there's been a mixed reviews on TCS and this is going to be my first ever switch so wanted to get an outside opinion and every service based company has its own pros and cons so moving out will be an ideal choice.
