Definitely salary doesn't seems to be a differentiator to take a call You can check about other factors- projects scope annd future prospects Wfo/wfh policy Learning opportunties Financial growth- in general i find accenture to be better in that aspect

Although in case of no major diff I would choose accenture over infosys

Hmmm thank you even im thinking same. Accenture has good projects compared to infosys and rest wfo policies are similar which can change at point

None of the above, Do look for Product Based or Consulting Companies for good growth and learning not service based. Your minimum Aim should be to get a minimum package of 15 lacks with this experience
