Help me taking decision to resign from TCS

Currently working on SAP Support project with 3.5YOE in TCS itself but due to 90days notice period not receiving much calls from Naukri or other portal.

I change notice period to 1 month still no response or much calls.

Being the only person in team who is there in project more than 2.5 years each one of my teammates need my help in solving tickets. Maybe this is known as critical resource itself for project if am not wrong.

Which option is better?

1- Need advice should i ask manager for Hike or i will leave?

2- Should i directly put resign with no offer in hand to receive calls by updating naukri profile as serving notice period?

3- Should i use fake old offer letter to spoof TCS management that i got offer letter now i am resigning. Would this work? Will they ask for screenshot?

1st - Ask for hike or i will leave
2nd - with no offer in hand put resign
3rd - Fake offer and put resign in TCS

Bro 1st decide you want to do a job or not? If yes then take your decision on your own, you are not a kid who needs other opinions.

Close your eyes and think about all the options which you have given publicly and choose by your own then make decisions correct with your focus and hardwork

Bro since i gave this options so am able to create options right???

The thing is that some people are more aware or gone through such situations or have some paat experience to share and what decision they have made and what was the result i wanted to hear and accordingly need to take decision this is how i make decisions not blindly closing eyes since it is related to career its not about shopping stuff.

You can resign and then look for job. If you have good skillset then definitely in field of sap there are multiple opportunities and much better than tcs. I suggest, put papers look for job and don't think of recall.

You have already tried putting notice period but n ok calls so don’t resign .. unless an offer market already filled with layoff people a bit difficult may be I am not sure.. solving tickets and all any one can do after you they take ins mire with experience on the same so , resignation not an option ask for hike not a harm.. look outside for mentioning atleast 2 month s as if you selected difficult to manage 3 months .. don’t think you are critical resource unless a good booming technology you work with 3.5 yoe they can get another .. just a advise.. try outside that’s the way after that move without job no don’t resign my suggestion

If you beg for something, it will show your weakness. Wait for the right time and market situation to get a call, every company has 90days policy only. Switching is the best option to increase salary but if you are old enough in the project, you must have better mental peace. The point is you are learning something new or not, if stagnant, you must switch. One day may happen, the project is ramped down and your service is no longer needed. You have to decide what you exactly want

Why do you need to show anything?? Straight away bluff them saying I have got a very good hike and its time to say goodbye. Ask them for onsite and hike both.
Put resignation, they will panic for sure if you are indeed a critical resource. Don’t settle for less if you are confident in your skills. All the best

If ur a critical resource and u opt for 3rd option then there are chances that u will be ratained with hike . If manager thinks ur that much critical and easily replaceable then better switch to other
