Help me select from the two

Hi All,

I got 2 offers

1. US Bank (First Citizens Bank) for Model Risk Management Role. Fixed +Variable + Shift Allowance= ~ 29 LPA Office is close to where I stay. So no need to relocate. They provide cab service, lunch and dinner.
2. Kotank Mahindra Bank for Branch Analytics Fixed + Variable = 32 LPA. Office is in MG Road. I might have to relocate.

What would be a wise choice considering long term career, WLB etc..? Is it safe to chose KMB over FCB for 3 lakhs?
