HELP ME PLEASE!!!
In am a fresher, in my project they have given me a task related to springboot angular, to fix an issue for a web page. I have no expertise in this domain new to it but they have been troubling me a lot saying, "This issue is very much simple. Why aren't you able to fix this very simple issue." I am trying from last 2 weeks to solve it, tried taking help from every possible senior but none are helping me out. To be honest, management is not bothered seniors are helping or not, they just want the result from me that's it. They have been troubling me a lot and I can't leave this project also. Please guys! Please help me out to fix this code issue 🙏🏻🙏🏻😭
At home put every little description of ur problem on chatgpt , u can use google scan txt nd copy it to paste it in chat gpt, now give a prompt mentioning u r new to this tech first explain me the concept related to this problem description and solution and learn at the same time. Use chat gpt bro !!
It's been two weeks ,Just write a email communication to the Lead and Manager explaining your concern,
If time passes and still the issue is not resolved,There is a chance of escalation from client ,When escalation happens ,The manager will ask you why you didn't communicate this earlier ,Most of the team leads put blame on you ,In your case it is a team lead's mistake by not helping you even after multiple requests.
Just communicate in email by tagging ur manager.it will be recorded as proof which you can showcase if anything goes wrong
As a fresher, you might still know some programming right? I am assuming you did graduation in CS.
For things you don't understand use chatgpt or any other agent.
Been there in my early years. Tbh nobody helps. But dont fret cool down.
What helped our bunch was burning the midnight oil and studying inside out. It took time. But yeah now it has helped us to know most of everything associated with the system. I would recommend just doing your best.
