Trending @HCL; Help me out guys, i need suggestions
Okay i will try to make this as short&crip as possible.
I have done my btech from Chandigarh University, i got placed in edtech startup and hcl tech, i was looking forward to join the startup, better package and my choice of work which is backend development.
1 week before the joining they told they have suffered loses and cannot recruit us, my college also didn't let me sit in further drives because according to rules i had 2 offers so have to join hcl tech.
I am 22 years old, been in hcl tech for over an year now, i was in backup department before and i was not feeling good since it wasn't my area of interest i somehow got release from that project, then 3 months i was on bench and all the calls came to me were related to networking department, i rejected 4 calls but after that HR told me that you have to join now whatever has been offered to you.
Now I don't want to work, solving tickets and doing things i barely know, i want to code and code which i really like. My bond of 1 year is over and i have finally started looking out for companies and applying for interviews, but then i realised that 13 hrs of my time goes into the office things and 6 hr i sleep i am left with 4-5 hrs, so i have decided to resign.
Can i do something that i get shifted to some other project where i can code in hcl only?
is there any way?
please do let me know, otherwise i will have to resign.
Why you are wasting your time to describe your issue, deal with it and find a job… no one is going to feed you
No sir, you have mistaken me, i am just asking is it possible that i get transferred to a development project in hcl only if i talk to HR or any other way?
If there is no way then i will resign.
What are your skills
No way to enter into the development domain .once u enter into the support domain it's very difficult to change it .if u know any big hands in hcl u can otherwise can't. I also suffered and I was not able to switch it.
