I'm stuck in a rotational shift support role for the past 1.5 years. Overall YOE is 2. I've talked to my seniors several times about shifting me to a regular shift development role, but they say it depends on availability, and they will let me know if something comes up.

My primary skill is snowflake, and i know react.js as well.

Please help me guys.

Switch, here in Accenture managers won't let go their resources specially support, as people don't get into support easily it's just the freshers they get and onc you train them no one would like them to let go.

Switching is your only option
