I have an offer first he accepted the 90 day notice period after the release offer letter I have resigned i served 1 week notice period and now my New employer is asking to join in 60 days and ask for a buyout if needed. I asked hr he was saying buyout is only for medical situations, higher studies and joining government organisations? How to handle this situation please give clear suggestions thanks in advance. I am ready for a buyout I am working in Accenture?
