Help me land a data role!

’ve recently graduated from my college and I feel very bad because I have already bagged a job and the CTC is too low(4lpa), which doesnt justify my hardwork. The reason why I didn’t like is because I worked very hard. I worked on my skills. I did everything right, but still I got samething, When they didn’t Put in that much of effort as much as me, I had many friends, who were placed in companies with the same lpa as me. But they didn’t Put in the work as much as I had Put in, they used to chill. They didn’t study when it mattered. I didn’t say that. I studied 24 hrs a day. Because I did enjoyed a lot. Because I too did all the things typical student would do. I watched many web series. I went to movies, I chill. I went out with my friends. But when the time needed, I used to study. But when it came to other people, they were not even doing bare minimum. In some cases, like there were some students who had backlogs till the last sem and to be Frank, it’s not to take the credit away from them. But they weren’t able to write a program, but they bagged the job with the same package as me. And I feel very bad, and the unfortunate thing here is they have all got the call letter. But I am still waiting for my call letter , whereas I have received my offerLetter and have been waiting for my call letterr for the past 3 months, and it feels very terrible. And I just feel, this is so unfair. So help me or give suggestions that can push me forward. And make some difference in my life.

  1. Welcome to the real world.
  2. Life doesn't give you anything because you think you "deserve" it.
  3. Ignore what others do/get. Comparison is a useless drain.
  4. Focus on your interests, your work, your career.

Feeling victimised , bitter isn't going to take you anywhere.
It happens all the time, sometimes you get a good role but a toxic boss and sometimes worst company with best team mates.

Life is not fair for anyone, all you can do is focus on your skillset and keep improving yourself 1% everyday and keep looking out for better opportunities.

I know a girl who had 3lpa package worked for 1 year and switched within 3 years her package went from 3lpa to 27lpa.

That is the power of consistency, discipline. Worry and anxiety isn't gonna take you anywhere.

So prepare a roadmap and begin seamless execution
