As per company policy we have 90Days as notice period. Is there any way i can reduce it to 30-45 days. I told my new org that 1Month is notice period and now i am stuck🙃

Only option is payout.you need pay two months of salary to reduce to 30 days Even this option is possible when your manager accept/approve that

Is there something specific we need to say to manager for him to approve our early release? Also when did you ask them is it recent?
