Hi guys, Currently I have my gross CTC including fixed+VP is 9.2(except Gratituty). Now I am in the process of getting an offer from another organization. How much should I quote to HR? My background is AI/ML, Working as a GENAI developer. Gonna complete 4years in IT on March. Please help me with this.
