Help me get out of this insanity

Hey fellas, anyone know any ways the people are switching jobs ? I tried all ways but not getting calls or getting ghosted by recruiters. I made an ATS compliant resume, made small changes to naukri every day 3-4 times (like breakfast, lunch and dinner), posted actively in LinkedIn. Also reduced my notice period to 30 days (even tried mentioning that I am on notice period) but nothing worked. Anyways 90 days was not helping.

Reached out to multiple recruiters via cold emails, reached out to old colleagues and previous managers but no use.

12 years of Data Analytics and Strategy experience. An IIM Calcutta alumni (did executive MBA from here). Gained all sort of technical as well as functional certification (Agile, Scrum). Worked in AI tools also. Showcased my work in LinkedIn as well. Tried in Management and technical roles both.

Now I am loosing my mind as to what should I do to get a good switch. I am feeling very helpless. I know many people will give sarcastic comments or will make fun of me but still keeping up my hopes that someone out there will genuinely understand my situation and provide some help.
