I got an offer with 30LPA but rightnow am in dilemma whether to choose over WLB/low salary at present firm vs Amazon. Because I heard toxic culture more in amazon. So would like to know your opinion and more about this job role (Business Analyst, Global Data Analytics (GDA), Finance Operations) whether to proceed or not. Appreciate your inputs.
