Help me decide jump ships

I have 2 offers :

1. Technical Lead Full Stack - React JS - Service based company.

2. Senior Software Engineer - Integration - Product based automobile company.

They both have 3 months notice period and are offering 33 LPA. I have 9 years of experience, all in Oracle Cerner. Which one should I select ?

Current package is 18 LPA and 22 RSUs. I work in RestAPI development.
