Help me decide guys

Hello People,

I am having 5.8 YoE currently working at Accenture and planning to switch. Currently I have offers from PwC, IBM and Capgemini. Should I wait for May cycle and expect some good hike internally or put my papers anyway? Also please help me decide which one should I go with from above offers?

TIA.

I don't think hike is going to be great this year. Resign and join IBM

I would suggest to put papers if they are offering good hike. How much they are offering?
