Hi, I need some guidance choosing between multiple offers. I’m joining on 15th December, so I have to finalize quickly. Current :-

• 20.86 LPA
• 3.6 YOE

Here are the options:

JPMC – SDE 2 • Fixed: ₹30L • Bonus: 10–12% annually

Walmart – SDE 3 • Fixed: ₹22.5L • Bonus: ₹4.3L • Stock: ₹5.3L (vested over 3 years)

Wayfair – SDE 3 • Fixed: ₹32L • PF: ₹1.92L

Could you please advise which offer is better overall—considering role, growth, work culture, career trajectory, and long-term benefits?
