Help me decide

I have got a couple of offers for the SDE-3 level, mentioning the highest one here and the one I am interested in. Currently, working as a lead at Target in its AI platform efforts. (Recently promoted)

Location : Bangalore, India

Zepto: Base : 65 lacs Sign on : 10 lacs Esops : 60 lacs for 4 years.

First Year TC : 90 lacs

My preferences:

• Good work (intrigued by quick commerce and learning/working on scale)
• IPO

Please help me on this and leave a comment for the company that you are selecting in the poll. Specially, looking for comments from people who are working at Zepto or similar quick commerce to share their insights on is it worth leaving a comfortable job with good (enough) benefits for the prospect of IPO and being more relevant in terms of tech stack for future.
