• Owner was restrictive of any female friends visiting the house. He said if there are any complaints he'll warn me first and ask me to vacate the house next time
• Not a new building
• Owner is not staying in the building

House 2 Rent: 22k; Deposit: 70k (can be negotiated to 65k); 1 month brokerage applicable

• No Lift
• No Power Backup
• No restrictions on friends visiting
• Brand New Building
• Owner stays in the building

House 3 Rent: 25k; Deposit: 75k (can be negotiated); 1 month brokerage applicable

• Has Lift
• Has Power Backup (rental basis)
• No restrictions on friends visiting
• Brand New Building
• Owner is not staying in the building
