Help me choose the better offer

I am a fresher and i got 2 offers from these companies. Help me figure out which offer to choose. Which company has better growth and culture

Groww bangalore (14 fixed+1 variable+3 esops)

Choose Groww over UC. if moving to bangalore is not an issue.

  • Cost of living is almost similar.
  • Groww has Better problems to solve, I see more upside in it than UC.
  • Fintech/Finance domain is very unstructured currently, I see more companies coming in and solving problems for better. It can work in your favour.
