Help me choose TCS Ninja(3.36LPA~22k in-hand) v/s SBC in my state(30k p/m)

I am waiting for TCS joining letter for the past 2 months. I’m a fresher and have 2 offers as mentioned. In the later company, it has 1 year probation at 30k p/m salary and I would be working in Java backend on springboot. Opinions? Should I wait for TCS for joining letter or join the other company?

Go for other company atleast you will get hands on knowledge

Ok so suppose I joined the other company, worked there for 1 year and I'm planning to switch after 1 year to a better PBC. Which one would give me a better exposure TCS or the other one, or does it matter at all?
