Help me choose. TCS Ninja(3.36LPA~22k inhand) v/s offer from SBC in my state(30k p/m)

Help me choose plz. I am waiting for TCS joining letter for the past 2months. I'm a fresher and have 2 offers as mentioned. In the later company, it has 1 year probation at 30k p/m salary and I would be working in Java backend on springboot.

Opinions plz.

I would suggest u go with the other offer, you can come to TCS later in the career

Thanks for the reply. Any reasons? Or will I have any problem while switching to a product based if the brand name is not so popular?

TCS is not for freshers. Come here when u have 15-20 years of experience and 70-80 lap so that I can retire from here
