I would suggest not to join LTIM just for those few lakhs! They give negligible hikes, projects are scanty, you have to grind hard to get into projects. They say a lot is already in the pipeline but you realise the truth once you’re part of the team. The management has been extremely shitty lately. And God forbid you get a bad manager, you’re doomed! Join a place where you can expect good increment and good work too. Also, they nag a lot before giving promotions.

Tcs delayed onboarding from July 1st for 90% of the laterals, already lot of people didn't onboarded and waiting for the DOJ. Better avoid TCS for this quarter
