Help me choose - Microsoft BA-II or Visa Data Scientist

The work is similar in both the roles (only the title at visa is DS but the work is BIE only)

Visa is offering 6-7% higher comp, post matching it with Microsoft.

Microsoft has better brand value, but visa offers a role which I want to pursue my career in the future.

What should I consider to make the decision?

Go for Visa. Looking at current Microsoft scenario.

Dont go with brand value at this point. It will be pointless, You can always come back to Microsoft in future
