Help me choose from below job offers

My choice was IBM but I heard getting projects for 7b is difficult and the offer letter mentioned 30 days project redeployment should I rethink my choice. I have project based hiring in LTIMINDTREE,naggro and ibm (not sure if that project is looking for people still or not )
