I have 12 YOE. I have an offer from Amazon and Freshworks. Sharing the details below: Amazon (L6 Sr. Pgm Mgr) - 42LPA Base + 13LPA Sign on Bonus ( for first 2 years only) + 30L RSUs Freshworks (Corp Strategy Mgr) - 48LPA Fixed+ 7LPA Variable + 30L RSUs

Please advise on which offer would be better from an overall career growth perspective? My current experience is largely in the E-commerce domain.
