Help Me Choose: Deloitte vs Cybage

I’ve received offers from Deloitte and Cybage, and I’m stuck deciding between them. Here's the deal: Cybage is offering a 9.8 L fixed salary with 98k variable. Deloitte is offering 10 L fixed, with no variable pay.

My current CTC is around 4.8 L with 3 years of experience. Any advice on work culture, growth, or anything else would be super helpful. Appreciate it! 🙌
