Help me choose

I have two offers in hand, one is from service based company and other is product based where i’ll be a inhouse consultant. I am not able to decide which will be a better opportunity for me in case of compensation and future career growth. Accenture Strategy: 20 LPA fixed British Telecom: 23.5 LPA fixed(excluding PF)
