Help me choose best company!

Hey everyone, I’m an Android engineer with about 5 years of experience, and I’m currently weighing an opportunity at Booking Holdings against one at Visa Inc. I know a bit about the culture at Booking (have a couple of acquaintances there), but I don’t really know much about Visa’s product or internal vibe.

My main parameter is long-term growth, learning opportunities, career trajectory, exposure to interesting problems, etc. Money isn’t a deciding factor for me, so I intentionally haven’t mentioned CTC here (please don’t ask for or discuss CTC in the comments).

If you work (or have worked) at either Booking Holdings or Visa (especially on the Android/mobile side), I’d love to hear: • How’s the engineering culture? • Do you feel like you’re constantly learning new stuff? (should not feel like, i am working on same • Manager/support structure and mentorship? • Work/life balance, “gotcha” quirks, etc. • Any red flags or must-know pros/cons?
