If you have worked majorly with service based you can give a try to the product based and vice versa.

So choose accordingly.

I cannot tell you about epam but as I am working in amdocs based on that I can say that in amdocs there is not that much CTC vs in-hand salary issue . If you have 23LPA so you might get around 20LPA in-hand or more than that and it's a semi product based company

Little worried about epam, as there r rumours abt them being hire and fire company, but nowdays its the same case everywhere I guess
