ZS Associates - 9.71 base + 3.1 variable (Pune location) The variable is set to increase every year as retention bonus.

Persistent Systems - 10 base + .4 variable (Kolkata home location )
Note that I have never worked in Pune, and Kolkata is my home location. Have worked in Bangalore before.
Which one should I choose?

Don’t join Persistent…very bad condition of the company specially the management
Management will bend to each and every demand of the client resulting in long hours for the devs
And they have been doing silent layoffs as heard from friends at Persistent and internet communities(GV, glassdoor)
