Trending @Accenture; Help me brother/sisters!
Hi there,
I am pissed off with this organisation. Given a lot of efforts here in work. They provided me Recognision points (awards and work recognition from manager) instead of promotion. Joined as an Analyst and still an analyst, level 11. They are just giving me points, have around 5k points in my wallet. They keep giving excuses from past year when I ask them about promotion 😮💨😮💨.
I am also applying outside but not getting any calls. I don't know wether it is due to notice period or something else. I have my seniors putting their papers, but after getting offers but they are not disclosing anything when I ask about their plan on how and where they applied. ☹️☹️
I need help from all those who already put their papers or on notice and getting calls. Be my brother/sister and guide me please.
I have 3.2 YOE overall, 2.5 as Data Engineer in Accenture Salary: 5.7 Fixed + 1.5 variable.

Hey, I'm somewhat in a similar position. I have 2+ YOE, and I'm also trying to switch but I haven't had any luck yet. However, applying through the Naukri app did get me a few calls but they wanted NET developer. And also try to check for open positions in companies and then reach out to the people preferably HRs on LinkedIn from that company and ask for referrals. Hopefully this helps!

Thanks. I am also applying through Naukri.com. Also have Referral in Capgemini and BOA. But I will also try reaching out through LinkedIn. Thanks a lot.

I am also using InstaHyre but the issue is the job portal is having less opening for data engineers. I almost applied on all job posts but I received no response from them. That's weird, but true.

Everyone are in same situation, the more the experience is the lesser the persons working in the market. But openings will come soon the market is getting good now, US elections are done, year ending is approaching so more opening will come.
I tried for nearly 8 months for job and last week only i got 2 offers within a day gap. Dropped my Papers and searching again now too.
Good luck in the search, alll t bst

Thanks for the motivation 😀

Things that I follow keep 60 days and start applying for cognizant and Capgemini and TCS they accepted 90 days also and one more thing start appearing interviews telling that you have applied papers and notice period is 30 days remaining .

I'll keep in mind while applying. Thanks for the information.

Hey dear, don't compare what others are getting. In professional world rarely people share their resignation and offer details. If you are not satisfied then keep updated your cv weekly( every Monday). And apply rigorously don't click only on easy apply . See requirements and update your cv if needed.
Lastly wish you good luck work on your strategy too.

Thank you so much. Helpful advice!

Hi, try for service based ones first. Like tcs, capegemeni etc. one u get the offer, drop the papers and start giving interviews. Should be able to get a job on last month. However it's still your risk appetite and desparation.

Thanks I'll keep this in mind.

Not sure if this would help but Accenture policy is usually to have employees finish 30 months in their current WL before being considered for promotion. Chances are you might be considered in the next cycle

The project is very much dependent on me on specific tasks. The issue is the team size is very big of 50 and they always cry for the budget. That's why I decided to leave this company now. Thanks for your concern :)

I was in a similar position few months back. No amount of frustration and anger is going to calm
Work your ass off.
Before going to bed at night, reflect if you’ve given your 100%. Try to make it yes consistently and wait.
Play the odds presented to you man and opportunity will come.
And on your LWD, drop a mail to everyone relevant about your raw and blunt thoughts.
Peace ✌🏻

Thanks for the information :)
