  1. I’m an HR Business Partner.
  2. Experience - 2 Years and 9 months.
  3. Worked at my first company for 2 Years then switched to another org for 50% Hike in last November.
  4. Next Week Joining a New Org at 16,00,000 LPA (15.2L Fixed, rest Variable)

I have no recruiting experience and my MBA is from Christ University.

Planning to start a business all the whole climbing the corporate ladder quickly.

Your HRBP at <3 YOE pay is probably 95th+ percentile on the market.

It's really good pay, and more than what many tech consultants make.

Well, it depends.

  1. A tier 1 (XL/TISS/MDI) pass-out in an HRBP role with 3 YOE would be earning 22-28 fixed + 10-20% variable
  2. Recruiting experience is not relevant for an HRBP role

Yes thank you for your insights. You’re right, though recruiting experience is not relevant, it certainly is preferred for some organizations, that’s been my personal experience throughout my job hunt.
