Help in Switch

Hello everyone I am currently working in SOC in Cybersecurity with 1 yr of experience and want to switch into VAPT. Can you people help me with referall or guidance that will be beneficial to me.

Does your manger confirmed that,he/she will release you from the project?? Have you checked with your manager about your interests and if so,whats the response?

If I get a referral outside I have plans to put papers and if I can get a referral inside a TCS project I'll try for a release. Currently I have not tried release coz I have interest in the cybersecurity domain and as per the new policy u can't stay on bench for more than 45-60 days or else they'll force allocate to any domain .
