Hi grapeviners, currently working with Accenture as a data engineer with 4.5 years of experience. Currently drawing 8 LPA fixed + 70K variable.
Got 2 offers, please help in selecting one.

TCS Role: IT Analyst (Grade C2) CTC: 14.5 LPA (~12 LPA fixed + 2.1 LPA variable) One drawback: They want me to work for a QA role. (Automation, python would be used mainly). No joining bonus.

General Mills Role: Data Engineer II CTC: 14.5 LPA (awaiting for the final breakup) No drawback as such. No idea on joining bonus.
I am more inclined towards General Mills as it's a product based company and they're hiring for a core data engineering role.
The answer is there in your post only, TCS is asking you to be a QA, any MNC will not see what your talents are they'll see what they require. Just go at a place which lets you work on your field of interest
Also please do give the inputs on why I should join TCS/General Mills.
