Help in location change

I am based out of thane & want to move to pune.

My boss is ok with it. However location HR is asking to complete a lot of activities. I need to move to pune by 15 Jan. Can I simply move to sahyadri park & start swiping there? & Keep pushing HRs to do the relocation formality later? Will it cause any trouble? I am giving interview as well & planning to resign (based on selection) by March/april.

Please suggest.

One more query. Another reason I am being given in payroll issue. i.e. pune salary apparently slightly lower than mumbai due to metro/non metro thing. So HR is saying salary difference can be a non compliance ting as well.

The difference is not much. City allowance will change, not more than 1k per month

Whether you stay in Thane or Pune ..no one care untill you are following wfo policy and your manager is happy .

But what if my base location remain mumbai & I am swiping in Pune, will that be considered under non compliance?
