
Help in Goal Setting in SPEED
Hi. I'm a fresher who joined 8 months ago. I need to set the goals in the SPEED portal for the annual appraisal. My Manager is not helping with this. He is just asking us to add goals by ourselves. I don't have anyone to explain this, since all my colleagues are freshers as well. So what kind of and how many goals should I add. Any help is appreciated.

Wat?.... Manager is supposed to set your goals and attributes... Take it up with the HR..... It's managers duty..... Additional to his goals you can add self defined goals.... But goals and attributes are to be set by him in the first place.... Otherwise wats the point of continuous feedback.

Use chatgpt to write goals

Go to Speed webapp in Ultimatix. First you need to veeify the Speed supervisor , reviewer and HR. Once approved and completed you will get an aption to add self goals. You can add any number pf goals. However minimum can be 1 or 2, doesn’t matter. You can set the goals as No of E1 competencies in Ievolve or Tfactor or RTO Compliance something like these
