Help in decision making
Please help me, I am very much confused. I got a decent job offer from DXC but when I resigned from TCS the manager asking me to stay and saying that they will process my L1A visa for the US in next 6-8 months. I am not sure whether to accept it or should I join the new company. In DXC they have a past record of layoffs. It would be my third term with DXC and got this offer due to my PR.
Resign immediately and join dxc

That is the issue which is bothering me a lot.
As of now don't trust Trump and our managers they will also provide false promises after resigning 😂
Be trust with TCS 😍 as of now
After resignation you should not revert ideally. 6-8 months is a long time, US VISA depends a lot on luck. What if your petition is not accepted and you deny the current offer in hand as well.
