Help in choosing offers for 8 year experience

I have 8.5 years of experience in DevOps and Cloud and two offers with the same pay (34L fixed + 4L variable). My most recent role was short (5 months) due to role mismatch.

Offer 1 – First American India (FAI)

Platform Engineer- Building Terraform modules on GCP, Likely Azure to GCP migration

Offer 2 – CME Group

Observability Engineer - Managing/Developing an existing obervabiltiy platform - GCP based, more mature setup

I want to stay hands-on technically. Considering my experience and the recent short stint, which option would be better for long-term career growth and learning?
