Help in choosing offer!!!!

Yoe: 3.7 years Tech: Data Engineer (Azure, Pyspark, Databricks, Python, SQL Automation and ETL)

Cognizant: 11.8 Fixed + 40k Variable Genpact: 12.50 Fixed + 1.25 Variable

Currently I am in rented flat in Pune and CTS is nearly 1km in transport while Genpact is 30kms away with no support of metro.

Also, Genpact HR is not communicative, I am unclear of WFO policy, weekend days and work shift and timings while CTS we know is general big MNC with fixed work culture norms..

I am really confused as I have not much offers and 1 week is pending in my notice period.

EY and KPI Partners are ghosting me by not declaring the result.

Kindly suggest me what to go with. I have medical issue, so also seeking for if I can maintain work life balance.

How about WFO policy? I read in Genpact official site that they are providing employee to work as per their need either remote or in person.

Most most important point. Check your shift timing. Usually mostly night shift.

I clarified with HR before joining, it is 11am - 6pm. Though can be changed. Currently on bench so not having much idea also.

I decided to go with CTS there are 4 offices of it and Genpact is far. There is also not much difference in salary of both.

I am working at Genpact right now and it’s fully remote. They basically ask you to come Atleast once a week but even if you don’t go it won’t be problem. Still if your Manager ask you to come then it’s an issue

Okay, I will ask HR once more on remote, hopefully she answers. How is the work life balance as a consultant role? As I have medical issue, so sometimes over time is fine but not always.

Suggest to devlop a network with both organization's people and try to discuss with them....you'll get your clarity

Not sure of genpact but cognizant may consider remote in few cases and it also depend project to project
