Help Help Help..

I have been working in TCS for 4 years no hike, no development nothing. All these years I was working as a manual tester. Now I am in a situation where I must switch jobs because of my financial requirements. So last month there was a ramp-down happening in the project. So i asked for the release and got it. My home location is very far from the project location. Even to visit the rmg I can't Travel to the office. It's getting hectic. Not able to visit the office not able to switch the company. I am feeling hectic.

To switch the company I don't have enough skills so that someone can hire me. If i switch and get any other job will TCS immediately release me from the company?
