Trending @Infosys; Help for switch

Hi I have experience in Java Spring Boot and i am currently in Infosys as a fresher. Now I am planning to learn kafka. What things I need to learn for switch to a product based company and what job profiles I can go for. Also I dont know much front end like js and react so should I learn it also. Thanks for your guidance in advance
