Help for a notification service
Use case: In my business, I own 10 Tata Ace vehicles. Now each of them requires payment for Road tax(quarterly), insurance, pollution (yearly)
It is hard for me to track the dates on a regular basis so thinking about ways in which I can setup a notification service of some type where I can receive reminders (via text / whatsapp) before the date of expiry.
Requesting folks having experience with this type of problem to help with a solution which is cost effective and easy to implement.

Google Calendar? Setup recurring events
No might not work, as the person who will make the payments is not tech savvy to check google calenders.
Make a WhatsApp/telegram bot and ask the guy to send a payment made message to it. Set a backend trigger to fill a Google sheet. Then I m sure there would be a way to set a calander reminder from those time stamps or maybe even a direct api call from the bot to callander
