Help finding companies with good work life balance
Hi all,
First time poster. Currently in flipkart and looking for a switch. My priority is not money but work life balance. I don’t work well under pressure and want my personal life as well (especially Saturdays Sundays). I am 5yr experienced developer and been in flipkart for an year. Here at Flipkart I have seen that no one is helpful and everyone has unrealistic expectations and work. This is definitely not my cup of tea. Any suggestions which companies would meet my requirement and which companies I should definitely avoid while looking for a switch?

Not possible. Your work life balance depends on the manager. His/her ability to navigate corporate politics.
A company with "good policies" can suck your life out if your manager is an idiot.
I understand that everything is team dependent. But still on a high level, are there any companies in general which are known for their good work life balance? Not having that much pressure?
