Anything in BKC or towards Bandra will be astronomically expensive. Your best bet would be to find an accommodation in Chembur. It is a fairly nice and one of the greener suburban areas with very nice connectivity to BKC. Check if you are able to find a room in a shared apartment (for this flats without brokers group on Facebook could be useful).
