Trending @Cognizant; Help!!

Help!! I am working in Cognizant from last 2.4 years but still I am PA and not promoted to associate. I requested so much to my HM to promote me. Though initially denied he said that he have nominated me for associate promotion but it's 9 jul now and I didn't get any update regarding it bcz associate promotion mail came on 30 June to others. What to do ? Can't work for 3-4 lpa now.
