Help consider which company

Hey fishes, Need some guidance. I joined Deloitte start of this month as business process Consultant at AM grade @11LPA fixed and a recently got an opportunity with Accenture they have promised me better LPA as per market standards and current. My probation period in Deloitte is 6 months as AM. I need some advice to understand wat should be considered and compared as both the cultures are new to me. I understand Deloitte is big4 bt Accenture is also not less. Plz help and advice.
